Gastronomy in San Andrés: a Great Ascent Towards New Horizons

For Nattivo Collection Hotel, good food and good drinks are one of our great foundations. We strive to create a 360° experience for our audience, where food and drink play a fundamental role. We believe that gastronomy is a bridge that connects people. For this reason, we decided to raise the gastronomic offer of San Andrés to another level, seeking to innovate in flavors and concepts, with our 4 restaurant proposals.

On the 7th floor of the hotel, you can find our Wata restaurant. An atypical proposal to what is traditionally found in the hotel industry. We have an international menu with various dishes that satisfy all palates. From vegetarian options to exquisite cuts of meat and seafood. In addition to an excellent culinary proposal, Wata has an enclosed space and a rooftop with an unparalleled panoramic view of the island.

On our first floor of the hotel, we created 3 signature restaurants that reflect good taste, quality, creativity, and innovation. All of them, open to guests and also to the general public. Currently, we have 1 of them open:

Bésame Morenita, a Mexican taqueria proposal with a sea influence. This casual and relaxed restaurant combines tacos, ceviches, beers and tequila, offering a unique experience.

Casa Bonita, Italian restaurant designed to make you feel at home. With a menu that ranges from breakfast to dinner. It is the ideal place to enjoy good wine and good dishes with friends and family. Its proposal focuses on Italian Mediterranean cuisine, offering an authentic and comforting portfolio.

MUO is our commitment to highlight the island's cuisine, inspired by native recipes and taken to a gourmet level. With an exquisite selection of spirits and wines, MUO promises to be the perfect place to enjoy memorable moments and savor the best of local cuisine in a sophisticated setting.
